CopyQ, an open-source, cross-platform, advanced clipboard manager with editing and scripting features, has reached the 3.0.3 release days ago with new documentation, improvements and some bug-fixes.
CopyQ monitors system clipboard and saves its content in customized tabs. Saved clipboard can be later copied and pasted directly into any application.

How to Install CopyQ 3.0.3 in Ubuntu:
For all current Ubuntu releases, Ubuntu 14.04, Ubuntu 16.04, Ubuntu 16.10, Ubuntu 17.04, and their derivatives,
either download the .deb packages from:
or install CopyQ and receive future updates via its official PPA:
- Open terminal via Ctrl+Alt+T and run command to add PPA:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:hluk/copyq
- Then update and install CopyQ via commands:
sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install copyq
- When a new release is out and made into PPA, use Software Updater (update manager) to upgrade it along with other system updates.
Uninstall CopyQ:
To uninstall the clipboard manager, simply run command in terminal:
sudo apt-get remove --autoremove copyq
And remove the PPA via Software & Updates utility under Other Software tab.
